Celebrity Chefs Share Their Favorite Recipes From the 2025 Food & Wine Classic in Aspen

It’s that time of year again as some of the world’s most decorated chefs descend on Aspen for a weekend of lively cooking demonstrations and delicious bites. This week marks 42 years since the Food & Wine Classic came to Aspen and, like every year, the flavor has leveled up yet again.

Aspen turns into a culinary paradise between the dozens of cooking demonstrations and the grand tastings, where over 200 brands of wine, spirits, and gourmet bites are featured, plus there are late-night parties and lots of fun. Amid all of the excitement, chefs are cooking up dishes that are easy to replicate at home. Tyler Florence’s Tomahawk Rib-Eye with Béarnaise Sauce is a crowd favorite (a dish he loves to serve to guests family style), and Maneet Chauhan shares her Laal Maas recipe, which is her husband’s favorite childhood dish.

Chefs Tiffany Derry, Claudette Zepeda, Andrew Zimmern, 2011 F&W Best New Chef Stephanie Izard, and many more are cooking up some soon-to-be favorites for the crowds. Zepeda’s Baja-Style Caesar Salad comes together in just 15 minutes and Izard’s Tahini-Tofu Dip with Chile Crunch is an equally quick appetizer to throw together for when friends come over unexpectedly. Izard also shared her Tequila Mocking Goat cocktail, which has a punch from a touch of Thai chili. 2019 F&W Best New Chef Kwame Onwuachi shares a regional specialty and a colorful panna cotta, and Zimmern’s Banana Pudding recipe is sure to squeeze its way into your dessert repertoire.

These dishes, plus many more, will give you endless ideas for delicious meals to add to your weeknight dinner rotation and part planning alike, and the cocktails are the perfect pairings for impressive entertaining.

Save these recipes to your MyRecipes profile for the ultimate dinner party, or share with friends. We hope to see you at the 2025 Food & Wine Classic in Charleston in November and next year in Aspen!
