Sarah Becker, who participated in MTV‘s The Real World Season 5, has tragically died.

The 52-year-old former reality star passed away at her home in Illinois earlier this month. She had moved to the area to take care of family, but had planned to move back to California.

TMZ is reporting that a family member confirmed she died by suicide. She had been taking care of her “ailing mother and sister” while also dealing with a skateboarding accident.
