How to Make Two-Ingredient Cottage Cheese Flatbread

Since there are only two main ingredients for this recipe, it’s super simple to make. Here’s how McCrary does it.

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Toss a couple of eggs and one cup of cottage cheese into your blender and blend until the mixture is nice and creamy. You can also add spices in this step, including salt and pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, and/or some of your favorite herbs.
  3. Pour the cottage cheese and egg mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Make sure there is an even layer. For extra flavor, top the raw mixture with more of your favorite herbs and spices before baking.
