Trader Joe’s Recalls a Popular Dressing Due to Undisclosed Allergens

A recall has been issued for Trader Joe’s Hot Honey Mustard Dressing, due to a labeling error that failed to disclose allergens, such as peanuts, soy, sesame, or wheat.

The dressing, produced by Fresh Creative Foods, was distributed to Trader Joe’s in the following states:

  • Colorado
  • Delaware
  • Florida
  • Georgia
  • Kansas
  • Louisiana
  • Massachusetts
  • Maryland
  • North Carolina
  • New Mexico
  • Ohio
  • Oklahoma
  • Pennsylvania
  • South Carolina
  • Texas
  • Virginia
  • Washington, DC.

The Hot Honey Mustard Dressing impacted has a use by date of 05/27/2025, and is no longer on store shelves—but may be in your refrigerator or pantry. So far, no customer complaints or impacts have been reported.

If you do have the product, you can bring it to Trader Joe’s for a full refund, or just discard the item.
