Family and friends gathered at the Australian cemetery a month after Virginia‘s death.

Her family previously confirmed that Virginia “lost her life to suicide, after being a lifelong victim of sexual abuse and sex trafficking.”

Virginia was a fierce warrior in the fight against sexual abuse and sex trafficking. She was the light that lifted so many survivors,” the family continued.

“Despite all the adversity she faced in her life, she shone so bright. She will be missed beyond measure. The light of her life were her children Christian, Noah, and Emily.”

In 2021, Virginia sued Prince Andrew for sexual assault and claimed he raped her when she was part of late Jeffrey Epstein’s sex trafficking ring at 17. The suit was settled a year later.

Her family has also released a note she wrote before her passing.
